As founder of Product Manifest, organizational developer, engineer, mediator & experienced lead product manager, I support you in setting up your organizational structure in a value-driven way, training leadership levels for the uncertain sides and shifting the focus away from output towards outcome and impact.

My personal goal is to establish flexible and rapid product development so that you and your team can creatively and efficiently shape a sustainable future worth living.
